Who I am

Hi! I’m Tasha, and I started this page to document my personal journey as a runner, strength trainer and nutrition enthusiast. I have been a runner all of my life. My first marathon was Lincoln 2005. It wasn’t until late 2010 that I decided I was really going to give it a shot to qualify for the prestigious Boston Marathon. It became a dream of mine. Well, fast forward 15 years and back to the same marathon, Lincoln 2025, I finally qualified!

Miles represent every step of the journey-the good runs, the tough runs, and all the lessons in between.

Muscles symbolize the strength we build, not only in the gym but in life - resilience, dedication, and perseverance.

Memories are the moments we capture along the way - the small wins, the breakthroughs and the milestones that make every mile worthwhile.

Through this site, I share my training routines, nutrition tips, motivational reflections, and real-life experiences to inspire others to chase their own dreams - whether that’s running your first mile, a local 5k, a half marathon or a full marathon, lifting stronger, or simply living healthier.

Thank-you for stopping by - I hope you find motivation, inspiration, and maybe a little guidance for your own journey. Let’s build miles, muscles, and memories together.
